Emir of kano revealed why PMB to oversee the oil sector

The Emir of kano told CNN in an interview that President Mohamad buhari is going to oversee the oil sector of the federal Republic of Nigeria. His reason was that PMB had been in the oil sector so as such he's going to manage that particular sector very well. So guys my question now is, giving the Ringling oil price in the recent months, shouldn't the minister or whoever is in charge to be summon????
